GCSE Nightmare!
Many mums have called lately asking about our natural remedies for their children, as they have been plagued with the dreaded hayfever symptoms at their worst possible time, -”Exam time”,
As a child, I didn’t suffer with hayfever, but grew into it in my twenties, but I will never forget my poor class mates who struggled during exam time, with streaming eyes, runny noses, I suspect it was bad enough that they were sitting an exam, never mind being dragged down by dratted hayfever.
If only I knew what I know now, I would of set up a stall in the exam room and maybe saved a few miserable and drowsy youngsters from going through that nitemare.
So I apologise to them all, but I am here to help now and have indeed already set to work on friends and family.
Mandy, Daniel, Olivia, Nigel, Charley, Sophie, Katy, Lewis, Rebecca, Alex, Marcus, Elizabeth, James, Laura, Charley (the 1st) , George, the list goes on and on………. and I am fast becoming very popular!
All of our friends and family (who are our best guinea pigs!) say they haven’t had to take a regular tablet yet and have been shocked by the results that a natural product has given them.

Other ways to minimise hayfever symptoms
Wash your hair every day during the pollen season, especially at night when the pollen has fallen and has clung to your hair.
Wash your pillowcase every day if possible, dont hang to dry on the washing line, though as the pollen will attach itself to the fabric and only make things worse, try and have some spares for the hayfever season.
If you hang your washing out, try your best to bring it in before teatime, in the evening the pollen fulls and is the worse time for hayfever sufferers to be drying their washing.
Avoid dairy products where possible, as these can actually increase the amount of mucous that your body makes, which results in that blocked nose that so many hayfever sufferers experience.
Try to wear sunglasses as much as possible, this will help to protect your eyes from becoming itchy and runny.
Take the middle out of those lillies, people always seem to buy flowers for my birthday which is in June and they always seem to be lillies, I love them, but they dont like me, so now, I simply cut out the orange part (the bit that is also a nightmare for staining clothes!) and voila “No more sneezing” I can now look forward to my birthday flowers!
We hope these tips may help and so sorry if your hayfever season is now over, maybe you can vist our archive next year and use the tips then!
Until next time,
