Beauty OK – Jogging update -

Michelle – 5miles – Joint advance working a treat!

For those of you, who aren’t aware and there won’t be many, believe me!  We are doing very well with our jogging – upto 5 miles now and the joint advance has kicked in a treat, no more aching joints for me!

Happy Monday” and hope everyone is well today and raring to embark on another week!

As i wrote a few weeks back a few of us at Beauty OK have started jogging and we are now up to 4 miles , 3 times a week – yay!

Proof to follow , will be posting some interesting pictures soon!

I, however have developed a slight problem with my knee!  -  so i have decided to try taking some glucosamine in the form of “Joint Advance” which started a giggle amongst us all, everyone has been saying that they thought Glucosamine was for people with arthritis, it isn’t, its actually to keep your joints supple, I will keep you posted on this one and I hope to be able to tell you in a few weeks that it will be helping with my knee and prove everyone wrong!

Increase your energy

Have switched my exercise this week to jogging and I have to say I am enjoying being out and about rather than stuck inside the gym, during this fantastic weather!

This morning though I made myself a maca shake before I went and WOW!  What a difference, it was a case whose the blur!  Really felt pleased with myself and came back and after a lovely shower felt really energised and ready for the day.

I would thoroughly recommend if you are going to exercise do it at the beginning of the day, that way its over and done with and you feel fantastic, get some good trainers though as this helps to support your lower back and ankles, if you get a good pair, it definately makes the jogging easier as you feel more bouncy!

This week is “no snack” week in my house, we are trying to eat our 3 meals a day and “no snacks” for energy i am starting back on my spirulina smoothies and i am hoping by the end of this week to be feeling more energised, does anyone else fancy a go?
